Do you accept my insurance?

We do not contract with any insurance companies. We choose to be an out-of-network provider in order to provide better, more holistic services for you. By not contracting, we can offer a higher quality package that truly encompasses you and your goals, and not just what insurance wants your goals to be.

Initial Evaluation

The initial evaluation consists of a roughly 60-75 minute session one-on-one with the pelvic floor therapist. It will involve reviewing medical history, evaluating functional movement, assessing limitations both externally and internally (as warranted and with explicit consent from you) and establishing a treatment session to reach your goals.

Follow-up Treatment Session

This 55 minute visit follows your initial evaluation and focuses on implementing a plan of care to achieve therapy goals for symptom resolution and/or reduction.

Re-evaluation

The evaluation consists of a roughly 60 minute session one-on-one with the pelvic floor therapist.
